Agreement and permitted use
These terms govern use of the Perception Capital website and its initial commercial-financing inquiry tools. By using the site, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business whose information you submit.

Our role; no financing offer
Perception Capital Group LLC operates as a commercial-financing referral and application-support service. It is not a bank or direct lender and does not make final credit, underwriting, pricing, or funding decisions. Website content, a submission, or a follow-up is not an offer, approval, commitment to lend, or promise of financing.

Information you provide
Information you submit must be accurate, current, complete, and authorized. Do not submit another person’s information without permission. Do not place Social Security numbers, tax IDs, dates of birth, bank credentials, account or routing numbers, or confidential documents into website fields that do not request them.

Contact and referral process
Submitting an inquiry authorizes Perception Capital to contact you about that request using the contact details you provide. It does not authorize a credit pull. Perception Capital will obtain or present any additional authorization or notice required before a provider-specific review, credit inquiry, sensitive document collection, or disclosure of information to an independent financing provider.

Independent providers and third parties
Independent financing providers and website vendors are separate parties. A provider’s written disclosures and agreement govern any financing. Perception Capital does not control and is not responsible for a provider’s underwriting decision, offer, servicing, or performance, or for third-party services outside Perception Capital’s reasonable control.

No guarantees or professional advice
Perception Capital does not guarantee eligibility, approval, amount, rate, factor, fees, repayment structure, timing, availability, savings, or a particular outcome. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

Acceptable use and site materials
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, or use the site to harm another person or business. Site names, logos, design, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability, changes, and controlling documents
Perception Capital may update, suspend, or discontinue site features and may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Product descriptions and qualification guideposts may change. Any provider-specific written disclosure and signed agreement control over general website content for that transaction.
